Top level management is good but middle level is terrible. They just get stagnated, neither they update themselves nor they allow juniors to do so. Huge cafeteria, good ground to relax a bit are the positives.

Cyient keeps you loaded enough with work so that you may stay distracted from personal problems.

Dislikes

Fragmented organizational structure since 2020, has made Cyient loose the team spirit that it use to carry earlier. And has made talented people leave, as well as loose business opportunities. Delivery team is squeezed to the last drop to fill for operational inefficiencies across the organization. And decision making has become a soccer game with merely any outcomes. Work-life balance is subjective to the department you work within Cyient. The current is quite imbalanced to the precious I use to work. 42.5 hrs./week on paper, but you land up giving away 55-60 hrs. of yours instead.
