Every other resource here is either an Associate Director or Director with literally no skillset. Basically the whole company is now acquired by South Indians at all the higher and major positions. They will treat you like anything if you are not a part of their local cult, openly playing with your career by threatening you to put into PIP whenever they wish, completely insecure with you and your skillst, especially when you are performing good. They usually take whatever decisions they want at project-level and nobody questions them, not even HR/PMO team. In fact HR team will also play with your career hand-to-hand with their full support to the management just for their own appraisal and to be in their own manager's good book. They do all sorts of micro-management and racisism based on whether you are a north Indian or a south Indian. If by mistake the client passes a good feedback for you then they immediately start all sorts of planning and plotting to tarnish your image in every possible way so that you can be put into PIP and thrown out of the company. The whole management is highly insensitive, insecure, unskilled, favouring communalism, narrow-minded and actively busy in just satisfying their own ego, whenever you try to interact with them. You can't trust their words at any moment of time, always ready to harm you or put you in some sort of trouble just to hamper your progress. The appraisal process here is nothing but just a joke. They don't even care and follow any deadline to complete your appraisal process on time, just sitting casual and waiting for you to reach out to them, just to take it as an another chance to let your moral down further. They get full support from HR team in this whole process. In Deloitte USI Work culture is really good. Here no one questions you or ask you when you are taking leaves. People easily take long leaves 2 to 3 weeks its common. You have to work whenever they call and they will call you everytime. Either take a stand and get kicked or work for 14 hours a day. Management give unreliable deadlines to client and ask the dev ma to complete.
