Good compensation, well being benefits and PDA program. Good learning opportunities better for people joining Analyst and consultant level.

Dislikes

GPS sector is worst, politics starting from leadership till manager, favoritism and hand-holding promotions, people in high level thinks they own the employees and expect them to work as they bid. Don't go into GPS at any cost and stay away from any US state projects. Other service lines are far better in terms of tech, growth and opportunities.

Deloitte dont care if you travel daily 3-5 hours to the client location even if you are sick they only think of client and client demand if for a hourly time track then you have to work and give the same at my time i was maintainly 12 trackers for client apart from work
