Good for nothing, best place to work for people who are readily available for licking shoes of the team lead and managers. Your experience, skillsets, client management doesn't matter here.

From day 1 my life has been hell in the team, work wise you should give your 100% with side by side entertainment for your team lead and managers, they enjoy interfering personal life and making hell of professional life. Poor ratings if you are not in good books, no matter how you perform for the projects or client. Excellent rating if you can please your team lead and sit idle. Great management.

You get peanuts for salary, increment worse, promotions worst. They have implemented exploitative policies to delay promotions and the reason we get "pyramid hierarchy". Seen many managers overburdened with project and pursuing new opportunities for directors. "Managers really don't have work life balance" (quoting an equivalent position employee)
