EY India culture is entirely different based on Managers. Master Slave attitude is there. Purely depends on under who you working. Change request is a myth - never gonna happen . For employee assistance HR is dummy piece. For any queries we reach out to manager or hr no response you can expect. Meantime they will reach you for their needs if you are on leave also they will reach out over phone and force us to do things for them. The above statements are true based on who you reporting to. 1.No much projects in IT sector 2. Managers and senior managers will treat us like slave 3. If you are not in projects and if you me in bench then your manager will make you even to go and beg 4. No fair appraisal cycle 5. If you can do whatever work assigned by manager like office boy, waiter or slave boy irrespective of your domain and skill you will be able to work in EY else you will town out in a fraction of second 6. Here HR will treat you even worst if they think that they wanna fire you because you are in bench 7. Overall, don't join this company. No job security, no work life balance, no peace pf mind, none. I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

The culture in my team (Business Consulting) is good. It’s a hybrid working model and increment and promotion system is good. Work pressure is usually manageable but highly depends on clients too. Overall a good experience!

In case of difficult clients the work culture gets excessively complex and toxic. Learning curve is very limited. There is monotony of work.

Extremely poor culture. Company don't give appraisal letters to some employees and states that it's a glitch from their end. Higher management incapable to bring clients or engage consultants and then forces resignation. Bootlickers in close circle with partners and directors gets promotions and benefits snatching all benefits from silent performers.

They don't provide any KT prior to any project. They don't provide any support from higher side. They assume that you already knows everything. They don't give you any project. You have to beg for it otherwise they will put you on a bench and then make you resign
