...- Salary is good, not as much as Deloitte. I worked in both. But, note that it depends on how well you negotiate
- MOST of the projects are based out of India even though clients are global. So people like me, who don't want to travel because of old parents/ small baby are not required to travel
- Supportive team mates in general. However, not every one is good and are willing to share knowledge and support

- EY is foucsed on business development starting at a senior con/ manager level. You would be actively involved in many such sales proposal building. No doubt it's a nice skill to have, but, it requires a lot of time. So when you are already on a project and billing 9hours/ day this can be a overload
- MANY internal projects are happening. Even though not everything is actually making sense. But in order to look good and show number of projects/ contributions your counsellor might ask you to participate in such projects. Again, a full time billing resource can't manage all the extra work
- Somewhat micro-management is seen. Not all managers/ senior managers are like that, but there a few bad apples that can ruin your day
- People who are working for Indian clients need to travel every Monday to client location and come back to base location on Friday night. Very hectic and will take a toll on health. No way to avoid it as well
Work policy:
2 days/week from office
