Eternal is all about skill development but there is no growth opportunity in the company. As the culture is good so there is seldom positions that get vacate. People at higher position are already working from long time in the company. And they know that this is the best place to work.

There is zero day notice period and there is very less opportunity of promotion.

Culture is hell, you'll only survive if you can do office politics. Your life will be he'll, if you're targeted or can't do politics. Working hours doesn't exist, as it's a client facing job, you'll even get calls at 1-2 in night sometimes.

No job security, people are judged if they leave at 6:30 pm(it's 9:30-6:30 shift). In Pune there is favouritism for marathi speaking candidates. After working on sat no one can question for compensatory leaves and if you ask you willl be targeted. They will ask you to do more work and judge on subjective basis which is diffrent for all.
