Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

It depends upon your process for which you get hired but I like the most it was my TL was very helpful to me.

Dislikes

In the company there is partiality happened and other then I disliked is they will force us to do Over time means take more calls and give more login hrs but at the time of salary we not receiving the money mean making the false promises.

"It was a very good experience in terms of enhancing my skill development in GDS and understanding fare rules as per IATA and airline standards. This was primarily due to my process, which was IRD (BCD). As for the company culture, overall, it was not bad. And I experienced good job satisfaction at IGT.

"One of the things I disliked about the company is that they need to improve their transport system. They should also focus more on employee salaries and promotions."

First of all they will give false hope to the candidates. During interviews they will tell you that the company is going to give 60k retention bonus twice. First after completion of 4months and then after 11 or 14 months maybe, which is absolutely incorrect because to get the retention bonus your scores after hitting the production floor has to be all in green and you should be getting the incentive for 2 consecutive months. Which was not told by the HR during induction or whatever. Then they say that incentive is around 8k however they will keep changing your LOB every once or twice in a month which makes the chances of getting the incentive is 0 because what they didn't mentioned during the training is that to get the incentives agent has to be in one LOB. Does not matter if your scores are in green in voice LOB the stupid WFM team will change your LOB and the green score that you have achieved by screaming at the top of your lungs will go in waste....Read More

Offered salary, lower than the expected although the shift is rotational and week offs are also flexible but still, no job security and less salary. Nice and decent for freshers to start their career
