The management, one of the disorganised team I've ever worked with. No proper story grooming, no discussion, no product design so you can understand the quality of code and culture here. Actually there is no system they are following and lots of unnecessary hafazats are occurring due to this. If you're switching from a big mnc, you will feel hell here. If you ask your scrummaster why you're not arranging sprint planning, they use to say, "you need everything perfect here?" . I really don't know what kind of replies those are and i faced multiple times these things. So definitely your work life balance will be below per. Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Dislikes

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.
