Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I will be get a change to to travel abroad, especially to European country. Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late night.
