The management, one of the disorganised team I've ever worked with. No proper story grooming, no discussion, no product design so you can understand the quality of code and culture here. Actually there is no system they are following and lots of unnecessary hafazats are occurring due to this. If you're switching from a big mnc, you will feel hell here. If you ask your scrummaster why you're not arranging sprint planning, they use to say, "you need everything perfect here?" . I really don't know what kind of replies those are and i faced multiple times these things. So definitely your work life balance will be below per.
