You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

everybody works in silos, no team collaboration, knowledge gate keeping. no seniors in the team, only juniors are left in the team and have no clue about the projects. support role, no actual devops projects. continuous night shifts and have to work on weekends as well, no work-life balance. zero scope of growth, unless you wag your tail to the tunes of manager and upper management.
