Proper hike. Job security is not there. They will terminate immediately. Company culture is not good. Bench policy is very bad, after 60 days they start LOP n after LOP with in 30days they will terminate you.

Nothing, hire and fire company. Many employees are on bench. They ask to come to office while on bench, where u just come and go, no training provided, many people on bench just come to play foosball, now foosball tables also broken.

Everything else is bad apart from WFH facility. Let me list down some in details: 1. Poor Management - ( In my ~ 2 yrs of experience in this company I have seen my 5 bosses being changed ) 2. No work life balance: ( For employees working in Pre-sales you might forced to work during weekends ) and you might get a sudden call from Sales / Delivery during anytime let's say 11pm while you are enjoying your dinner or possibly sleeping and if you don't pick up there is always possibility of escalation on your name. 3. Very Bad Bench Policy: If you are out of project due to inefficiencies of the company or customer. You will be given 60 days to get any project. And if you fail to do so you will be in Loss of Pay for the next 30 days post that they will fire you. 4. Job Security: Since company did bad during 2023-2024, they fired many people in the name of cost cutting while increasing and doubling the higher management people salaries. 5. Leave Policy : You will be credited with only 2 leaves per month, That's it ( There is no sick leave ). You can carry bonus leaves of upto 5 only. 6. Company Vision: Companies vision is unclear, till now it is unable to figure out what kind of deal it preferrs to venture ( e.g. L&T Technology Services has went against its own sister company LTI Mindtree while pitching in front of customer ). And customer was laughing....Read More

IT is skilled to pass the ticket back to you marking waiting for user inputs. Story over with this reply. A lot of application in the name of security that prevents you to do your job on regular basis. Managers itself has security complex. So forget about employees. HR releases code of conduct for every small issues and makes there employees insecure to stay longer. No respect for the job, all works just for salary and escapes the moment they get a chance outside....Read More
