I think the company provides a great experience for freshers out of college as it identifies the skills and helps in professional growth.

Likes: Since I was new in the IT industry, the employee benefits helped me establish myself. Here, I was able to get a work-life balance so that like other youngsters I could enjoy myself.

This made me realize the practical aspects of the job. Afterward, I was allowed to take on the duties.
Dislikes: Thr probation period at NEC India should have been a little shorter.
