Likes: Retaining the top talent is one of the goals of NECI. For this, competitive benefits are offered to the employees at NEC India. Employees get paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities. I was able to go on a long vacation because of paid leaves that the company offers. Dislikes: stock options are not available for the employees of NEC India.
