I think the company provides a great experience for freshers out of college as it identifies the skills and helps in professional growth.

This made me realize the practical aspects of the job. Afterward, I was allowed to take on the duties.
Dislikes: Thr probation period at NEC India should have been a little shorter.

Dislikes: Company encourages staying up late in office. They hire for 9 hours work but on average you’re going to work more than 11 hours. To your surprise your lead and manager supports such culture.
Likes: The teams here are diverse and inclusive, which makes working very enjoyable for me. Since it believes in inclusivity, my views and opinions are considered seriously.
