Overall hr team support. Work culture. Ample amount of project. Good learning experience. Opportunity to work on new tools.

Dislikes

Returning from maternity leave means sacrificing the salary hike. Since from 2+ years no promotion. Bonus is also not good.

Work culture and Work life balance is pathetic in Persistent. Higher management sets unreal commitments to client and than puch resources to stretch everyday and to work on weekends. Senior management interact with resources in very disrespectful way and sometimes even use bad words.

I like it's Learning and Development team, their training programs, good salary package, soft skills and other activities are great

Dislikes

It's more client specific and no proper communication by TA on the next steps if you're on bench, less attention on employees retaining and variables in the salary are quite confusing
