Extremely worst job security. I was informed that my onboarding process was completed after my 2 rounds of technical interview. Later after offer letter and joining the company, manager called me to meet personally and told that client round was still pending. This was done by the managers so that I can let go of my existing offer from HCL and Hexaware so that their urgent need of resources can be filled. I had to work harder to clear that surprise client interview round which I did. My father was admitted with serious condition and doctor gave up on him and medical bills were piling up and this game was played with me by persistent management. After client round that I cleaed, the managers had no clue whether the project will be continued for 3 months or not. Fhey were telling me that don't think that ahead. Also they did some dirty office politics and removed me from the project lead position despite my best performance and appreciation from client. Trust me this company sucks and no job security whatsoever. You can be assigned with extremely short term projects and also bench period is one month only. I am being totally honest in this review. I have worked for 1 year now and successfully completed project that lasted only 8 months. This was not informed to us prior and hidden many important things such as pending client rounds and other. No transperancy and scamming their very own employees. Be aware. No job security. Be aware....Read More

They provide meal Remote Work Hybrid model Good for freshers

HR and RM's irresponsible behaviour. Worst Hr management. Unit HR and BU hrs dont have any access apart from basic timesheet,PF and day to day queries. They simply just onboard you and put you in the freepool or under some dummy project name tagging. Can laid off anyone with silly reasons. RM dont have any information about projects . no portal for tracking your proper tagging and utilization.
