I was part of airline cargo project, chinmay Karlekar from Goa(principal architect) one of the most third class, rotten minded, and a worst personality manager to work with, he daily used to harass me, make me work more than 13-14, and used to 2-3 hour ask me share my screen and monitor my work and taunt me Such a third class personas a manager, similary there a little chinmay aka my jealousy and incapable lead aka Gaurav Walke from pune location his share same personality and quality as chinmay he is his right hand only My manager only supports his goa team, and harass and use slang language on other including me Even after many complaints no action was taken against him, my health got so bad due to this idiot, that for a month i was sick both mentally and physically Even the HR’s are useless they will Take side of their old employees only, at last had to put my resignation in such short duration Please guys take a lesson from my experience and make a wise decision before joining this organisation especially with chinmay Karlekars team, you will be harassed till you get break as happened with me...Read More

Nothing, one of my life’s worst decisions to join this organisation

I was been the part of Airline cargo project, one of the worst and the third class teams I had worked with Mr. Chinmay Karlekar (Principal Architect), one of the most bully and a rotten minded manager to work with, he daily used to harass me and only support his goa team, plus at night used to give me threats that I would be removedfrom the organisation if didn’t complete my tasks on time Also Gaurav valke another third class supervisor to work under, he is just mini Chinmay. A total third class personality to work with Also guys micromanagement was common, they used to ask me status ever hour and shout on it Plus later the manager used started to force work me from morning 7/8 am till night 11-12 pm Even the Hr are there are useless after several complaints they will take sides of their old employees only I was continuously stressed-out and not able to focus personally or professionally on anything That the reason within such short duration I left this organisation Just see from my experience guys what you would be facing if you join this project/organisation...Read More
