Nothing is good ,offer letter is full of variables and basic will be low because during layoffs they can pay 3 months basic only sometimes nothing will be paid out. PSL Offer good amount 3X if they need you in module. Bossy management.

Dislikes

No job security, very less projects, very bad internal policy, they do not even hosted a single flag in office during 15th august. No festival celebration, you need to only work 15-17 hours in a day to get the target. Unrealistic expectations, narrow deadline. Management do partiality between new and old colleagues. Persistent hire new people only for module once done you need to find new projects and in 45 days you will be terminated. 1% appraisal if you are star performer....Read More

What I enjoy here is culture, work life balance , transparency , Seniors. At last but not least healthy food and Breakfast.

Dislikes

What I not enjoyed here is low salary and hikes , not focused on employees skill development, once you tagged to one client than its difficult to get released.

There is a lot of job security, even if you perform terribly they will keep you for years.

Dislikes

1) They charge for food (40k a year) and there is no option to opt out. 2) There was a pay cut in the name of corona for more than 6 months during the same time the companies evaluation grew 6 times. 3) The notice period is 3 months.

The daily work you get totally depends upon the project. Some projects are really challenging and you will get a lot to learn.

Few practices are very good, having proper workflows, lots of activities keeps on happening. Good food. Gym n other facilities.

Dislikes

Technology wise not updated. Old management happy with bread and butter. 80% Female staff is like women's gather together and keeps chit-chating abot what I coock, I made this, my child is doing that etc. As if few ladies from village came together on riverbank n starts their gossiping. Not at all serious about work. Many PMs are not liable for that post. They have written SLAVE on their forehead and they want other team members to do so....Read More
