Job security : You'd have to do really bad to be actually laid off or fired. It's not too demanding if you don't want it to be Work culture: A lot of miscellaneous works may be required of you which don't necessarily should be within your role. This deprives you off precious time which you could perhaps divert to other tasks/leisure. Management: you will be mostly interacting and reporting to your location managers/partners. Forming a professional working relationship with them is entirely upto oneself. Company policies: Most policies are employee friendly. Compensation plans however need serious revisiting....Read More

Dislikes

Work life balance: This could be an offshoot of the clientele and nature of assignments but more often than not you would find yourself working on weekends and late nights. This is not however true for everyone. Learning is limited to type of client you are assigned which can depend entirely on your fortune.

Pay package is good, job security is better and communication to management team is possible (though solution is not there)

Dislikes

Staff deployed in cleint location is controlled by Client and PWC management is least bother about work life balance issue since client pressurize PWC workers a lot due to their high billing .

The job security, brand worthiness and on the job learning curve.

Dislikes

The pay structure needs a revisit to be on par with industry standards. There can be a few people issues and might vary in different teams. Work life balance needs to be placed more emphasis.

Work Details

PwC is a great place to start as a fresher and maybe rejoin after about 5-6 years of work experience (outside). The hikes are good but you start from a really low base pay. It's a Front end job so expect to be on the clock at all times.
