Exposure, work and brand name are good

Dislikes

Quite racist culture. The Chennai office has most people of a particular caste and there is unsaid discrimination to people who are not in that specific caste. If you happen to be working with North Indian teams, bullying is also commonplace. No professionalism, inefficient people at manager levels and bad clients. Opaque appraisaland rating system. Heavy politics. Bullying. Harassment. Female employees flirting with managers and managers giving them generous ratings and promotions is very common. If you are someone who likes to just work sincerely, without playing politics or putting others down, you will soon be pushed out. People are amazing at Price Waterhouse. The work atmosphere is brilliant and it is a very good learning platform for article trainees. Our seniors and managers are very considerate and provide you the required work life balance , also ensuring that the work is done appropriately within timelines.
