Everything. The team was hopeless, they didn't have any project, doesn't know what a poc is and how to work around. You can be fired from the org even because you're breathing. They will say data science but make you work into god knows what all and they aren't even considerate about the fact that new things take time. They aren't clear in there mind. If someone is fine working, they will get managers to say bad things, give bad reviews and get you fired by max 2 Months....Read More

Micro Management - You have to provide details for even 5 minutes of time taken. Daily schedule of time has to be provided accurately and manager may devote his 30 minutes to know about how you spent 8 hours last day. Micro Management is done at the creepiest level possible.

1. No work life balance 2. No growth opportunity - you have to be a visible person in office to get promoted as most incompetent people gets promoted here. Too much favoritsm. 3. Some managers make your life hell. I had to take a walkthrough call with the client in US at 1:30AM because our managers were not satisfied with the screenshots that the team captured initially during walkthroughs. In busy season your life is in hell. 4. Too much work pressure - For the busy season in 2025, employees were working for 15 hours for 7 months and when asked the management responded every one is working. 5. Project management is terrible. You'll be working mostly under 3-4 managers and every manager wants their work to be priotised. 6. Then they will cry on your utilisation and timesheet compliances. If your hours are not alloted properly by your manager - then it's your fault and if your utilisation is below 100% overall then also it's your fault....Read More

Work life balance in my team because of my client manager. If the manager is from India then don't expect this.

Dislikes

The main this is regional bias in the team, I suggest that south Indian people not to join in Kolkata especially if the team or project manager is Bengali. Even HR will won't help he/she do as per the managers say.
