The scope of work is somewhat good. But thats about it.

Dislikes

The tax service line of kolkata office is really discriminative with regards to non bengali employees. One will only grow in this place only if buttering is done for seniors. Work is assigned very late. Poor team management. Compensation wise also not satisfactory.

Work Details

No work life balance in any Big4. But atleast the compensation can be better to compensate this imbalance in work and personal life.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is provided the best facility during this pandemic. Employees are not facing any kind of issues but the work pressure is tremendous..It is like 12 to 14 hours everyday. I personally don’t like the work culture hence I am happy with this Work from Home set up. Yes, job security is there

Dislikes

Tremendous work pressure & good work is not recognised within the team. It’s been more than a year , I have received appreciation emails from my client even though there is no spot reward for that person. It is all about favouritism in this corporate world

The feel of working in Big 4 and office parties.

Dislikes

Very less compensation in comparison with the work load....almost no life during busy season(6 months). Almost no growth opportunities for associate level employees. Very biased behavior. No flexibility.
