The team. Colleagues were amazing. The location was very near and there was a travel benefit for not using the cab. This was very helpful.

Dislikes

Nobody cares. Cafeteria in Manthri building was very small. Break time is a supreme court's verdict.

I worked at Sitel for 12months. Nothing was good working there.

Dislikes

I have resigned from the organisation after 12months. They didn't provide me my relieving letter. After waiting for around 6 months I have received my relieving letter. When I asked what was the reason they told that my TL has not raised my attrition. This was so torturing I have wasted my 6months waiting for my relieving.

I department i work in provides good incentive, which doesn't let the low basic package hold you back.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent due to the incentive provided and the basic package is low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
