Like many other IT organizations, IRID has allowed WFH. IRID is providing internet claims over and above CTC. IT support team iis available on need basis

No growth plans for people.who wish to grow technically. HR is not empowered to take decisions. For example, although IRISians were told in FEb that the appraisal would happen this year, In April too HR communicator said the appraisal are on track. But we didn't receive ny follow up communication that the appraisals are put on gold this year due to COVIF. The big boss informed us in June that like many organizations IRIS had decided not to do the appraisals....Read More

We work with client and he is supreme. IRIS management expects no escalation from client, they are not much concerned if employee is satisfied with the quality of work. As long as client is happy, we're good.
