Well it is the tremendous exposure and that too related to all the segments of society and simultaneously you work for the public benefits too. Secondly in India everyone know what SBI stands for especially in villages when small farmers come to you with a ray of hope and you can make them smile.

Dislikes

Hierarchy is deaf to any suggestions or opinions from junior level staff they are just not able to rise themselves from their old times of working style. No value for professionals working in the bank good only for general graduates I wont recommend it for professionals working in any specialized field. Getting transferred to your place of choice is a heinous task despite vaccancies avaialble. The most important thing is very poor mis-managament of the tremendous talent pool with SBI like person with marketing skills and specialized education may be found in Backend processing and vice versa mainly due to general officers handling HR services....Read More
