Worst place for work. No promotions or rewards given. Only flattery people will get the higher payscale and get the promotions. Others are only used for hard work and pressure handling. There is no future growth in this company. Avoid doing work here Teleperformance Indore.

Dislikes

Worst place to work. Only female and flattery people are promoted. No value for juniors and subordinates. Upper managers are not supportive. No one will help you in your future growth. I suggest everyone do not join this company. Good people are just hired for hard working and working under pressure. There future for good working candidates. Yearly salary hike is also negligible.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
