If you speak up about this, the management deflects by vaguely claiming that you're not meeting team performance expectations. It was the worst experience. The recruiting team never explained the post-selection or onboarding process. We only came to know the actual procedure after reporting the floor. There is a 13-days training period, followed by a mandatory certification. Only if we pass the certification is the job confirmed. If we fail, there are no exceptions and immediate exit from the company. Even after joining, the job is not secure<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The management system is extremely poor</mark>. Even in cases of health issues, they insist on completing login hours before allowing rest. There is a complete lack of humanity.
