Excellent opportunities for people to learn. All the teams are supportive but expect a lot to be done. The responsibilities of every roles is not clearly listed and you end up doing a lot of work which ideally should be done by others. The appraisals are also slightly confusing since the salary is neither dependent on the designation nor the grade.

Dislikes

There is a certain level of politics and certain departments hold more say in the decisions. The processes are also lengthy and time consuming.

I get to work in multiple roles and that helps in learning a lot. But at the same time you will be held responsible for things which you have no direct control over it
