I have alot of concern regarding team leads like Rajeshwari Kalainathan, Rajkumar Loyangamba, Saleem Pasha and Mohammed Farhan very bad leads good in torturing, threatening, keeping grudge and taking revenge. All four team leads just know to do this very dictator type people who doesn't like there opinion gone case make sure to makethat employee like hell in office if he take 1 minutes break extra penalise them and person who pampers them take hw much ever break then can if don't work also no issue, if they make error no action on him. Person who treat and gift them they will change there LOP to earn leave if he has leave balance or not esspecially Rajeshwari and Rajkumar. Keep alot of hatred in heart, this kind of team leads WNS have taken, they need to consider this concern. Keep them total waste of money you can save money. WNS have taken team leads specially Rajeshwari Kalainathan, Rajkumar Loyangamba, Mohammed Farhan and Saleem Pasha utter waste team lead no knowledge of processes. Only no to do politics, keep grudges and take revenge. Rajeshwari is a dicator like hilter, very manipulate do favoritism, support those people who treat her biriani every week and gift her. She try to manipulate and try to convert employee to Christian, if she doesnt like any employee torture them threaten then and make sure they get terminated or quit the job. Rajkumar is treat employee very badly those favoritism good in take revenge and eliminate employee. Saleem and Farhan think employee as employee if they don't listen to them then gone case.
