Working hours is general shift in my project. In my project, it's very flexible with leaves, take it by informing supervisor whenever required.

Dislikes

...lp. I requested to make it flexible (4 cumulative days in a month), they denied. Moreover the Sick Leave policy here is followed as per WB government labour commission policy where half pay is deducted if SL is applied for a day. So, the employees of Accenture Kolkata doesn't apply SL(maximum).

Nothing I didn't get any bonus, incentive and hikes from last 2 years also at joining time did not get welcome kits.

Everything, now a days I would say Accenture is worst company, some managers are there they are spoiling Accenture name.

Dislikes

Variable pay is in hands of immediate manager. Managers will get bonus if they manage to save percentage of variable pay from employee salary. Lack of communication between top level managers and employees. No proper relationship between immediate managers and employees. No support in growth.

...adays higher management is not taking any responsibility of Accenture employees. No salary hike since last two years which is very disappointing. There is no appreciation or motivation to employees those working since long.
