My colleague showed up to a Capgemini office event wearing a Deloitte T-shirt!
So here is the story, My colleague is too frustrated with his boss, always complaining. “This company doesn’t have good projects… we’re doing useless work… the manager has no clue…” and so on. I thought he was just irritated by work and doing faltu ka bakwass. Had to tabh ho gai, When our company organized an event and asked everyone to wear the blue Capgemini T-shirt provided during induction, he showed up wearing a black Deloitte T-shirt! He was confidently roaming around, even saying, “This Deloitte T-shirt is more comfortable than Capgemini’s and better quality too.” He was so rebellious. Everyone was shocked, but honestly, I was impressed with his act! Sometimes it's important to give a reality check! So, what do you think, was he right or wrong?

Managers are horrible, acts very diplomatic, toxic culture, lot of resignation, always hiring, other than salary on time nothing is good, employees try to insult each other and managers make them do this to the targetted employees. If you don't follow them blindfolded you will be in deep trouble, managers try to coverup mistakes of favorite employees and highlight targetted employees unnecessarily . Lot of falsification before joining and you are trapped after joining in terms of JD they confuse you, horrible culture

Dislikes

There is some serious problem else so many resignations won't happen, proper investigation should be done specifically in Kolkata campus, team leads and managers have politician mindset more than employee mindset, state local people are supported more and more who are in good books by doing nonsense others are completely suppressed

...t job on the whole. If you will ask, they will say that you're already overpaid. If you manage to get the salary you want in starting, then after 5 years, you can expect a 10% hike in your salary.

You can get promoted if you know how to do corporate politics You might find good friends due to trauma bonding

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . A lot of old managers with old way of thinking .
