The work life balance is good actually atleast in my team. I have got an amazing manager so that's that.

Dislikes

The hikes, salary structure and the promotion are awful. You might never grow financially if stick to Capgemini for a longer period in the initial stage of your career.

Upgrading skills, IJP, Hybrid structure, cab facility

Worst management in ADT process for Capgemini & managers don't look with peers. No promotion for last 3-4yrs. Partiality & favoritism in project but Capgemini as a company is good.

Managers are horrible, acts very diplomatic, toxic culture, lot of resignation, always hiring, other than salary on time nothing is good, employees try to insult each other and managers make them do this to the targetted employees. If you don't follow them blindfolded you will be in deep trouble, managers try to coverup mistakes of favorite employees and highlight targetted employees unnecessarily . Lot of falsification before joining and you are trapped after joining in terms of JD they confuse you, horrible culture

Dislikes

There is some serious problem else so many resignations won't happen, proper investigation should be done specifically in Kolkata campus, team leads and managers have politician mindset more than employee mindset, state local people are supported more and more who are in good books by doing nonsense others are completely suppressed

Job security: even if you want to remove a non performer, HR will take 5-6 months to decide. Learning opportunities are there however it not you who decides 😄 so it's a myth "Get what you want in Capgemini"

Dislikes

The thing I hate about Capgemini is pay package which is below standard. Work life balance is zero specially if you are working with the great customers like GE. You will give your blood but never get the blessings of your bosses.

Likes

One will get various chances to develop one's skills, and the job is secure; it's guaranteed that they don't fire anybody. Because there is no need to fire the lowest-paid labour.

Dislikes

...t job on the whole. If you will ask, they will say that you're already overpaid. If you manage to get the salary you want in starting, then after 5 years, you can expect a 10% hike in your salary.
