No work life balance. I got project in another technology to the one I was hired for. There is lot of work pressure. It feels like a hanging sword. Any moment you can be fired .

Variable pay is not paid properly, income is taxed incorrectly, salary hike are postponed frequently, manager are not 1-1 relationship its a matrix system and home manager changes every 3 to 6 months, managers always deligate their own work to associates

Hike Percentage, Expecting contribution more on the community side even we contributed a lot in the project in multiple areas apart from the project activities and they give reason to reduce the rating.

I am getting salary is the only good thing here. Also, if you keep working as per your toxic manager without putting anything to change or any other demand. You can work here for a long.

Work-life balance is worst: As we do not get leaves even on the most auspicious festivals even if it is Holi, Diwali or any national festival. Skill development: Very unsatisfactory as we never came across any management who discusses such things. Wo don't even get time to complete the mandatory training. We only skip videos and use the answer that our management shares to pass the trainings. Company culture: There are some good managers and team leads out there but most of them doesn't seema to create a good culture. They only know how to spread toxicity and tourcher people. Even for one day leave or any emergency they behave like the clouds will come on the ground. Promotion: This doesn't happens generally with those who really work hard and giving their 100 percent The organisation and HR should connect individuals to know about such situations and take some hard decisions to fix them.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.
