Management silent retaliation. very very bad WLB. Too much internal politics and favouritism, not allowing people to grow. officially 5 working days and 8 hrs working. Unofficially 7*24 working.

Yes , great work culture and supportive atmosphere. Salary is at par with market. USI just has specific delivery only roles. Sales roles are minimal in USI

After a certain level growth stagnates, exposure is not much

...uilt your own network and get the projects on your skills. it totally shows off. you will get high package, but you will be in fear of losing your Job. Sometimes gaining slower should be fine rather than earning faster in high risk.

Salary on time. Easily connect with higher management team. Easily can get approval and access.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. On paper working hours is Monday to Friday, but in actual it is 7 days and any time i.e. 24x7x365. After reaching home, again need to open the laptop.

The Office environment and reputation of the company is good

Dislikes

They give negligible salary to freshers and make them do any work for any position that's vacant. Most of the times they don't have much projects and keep the freshers on bench without any clarity and blame them for not getting good ratings.
