Compensation and Benefits Are Disappointing: Salary is the only thing you can count on; bonuses and hikes are rarely given or are withheld unfairly. For example, I received a bonus letter but was not paid because I was serving notice, despite working full hours. Saturday work is mandatory and unpaid. Shifts often stretch to 12 hours or more, starting late and ending very late. Leave requests are routinely denied, including weekends and public holidays, forcing employees to work without proper rest. Compensation is low compared to others at higher levels, which is demoralizing. Final Thoughts: If you are new to compliance, expect a very short and stressful tenure here due to the lack of support and unrealistic expectations. If you have other job offers, I strongly advise you to take them instead of joining Genpact.

I was working in cash application process and my manager was good for 1 year. Hybrid work is fine.

I linked about the fact for job security and comfort working with genpact but now as they have already incorporated 10 hours of working, they have no mercy and now this company has nothing for which is can be called a good one.

Stretched working hours, Extremely hectic month end close, Bad workload policies. Bad salary structure and salary hikes.

Work-life balance is good, Skill development is super as we have genome learning app, Salary structure is fine.

Company culture is full of office politics. Job security is not at all secure as they made IJP system and till releasing time no HR connect for other job role and just put bench the employees. Promotion and work satisfaction is also not good since I am working from 21 months and there is no promotion and due to my marriage reason they simply give me IJP.
