This company offers change your job description. which creates a difference in comparison with other. If you want to spend time on this company is not for those people. Genpact is now totally changed. The inside management is proactively call out old version people who don't want to change themself.

Those who are working as an management trainee now works as Manager role with no salary revision. They are presenting to BU as well as looking after entire operation and Manger is taking rest. I asked 5 years ago from Assistant Manger as salar Second and outmost common one is external hiring by comparison with existing employee. Existing employee with double workload with low package and external hiring with high package and low output. Lastly they again switch within a year. The existing employee have to suffer triple load. I want to clap on this!!! No growth rate from 5years in Band 4b salary for existing employee. Still the same as today and our Indian economy is growing.

Job security, environment, behaving nicely. Career growth but sometimes only they asked to complete the task not focused on growth

They cut huge part of salary, did not like the management no AC cab, no cold water, only one side cab

Nothing, absent nothing genpact does pay well enough to freshers as well as experienced employees on top of that they have extended the office timings from 9 hrs to 10 hrs. Their cab facility is also as bad as there employee policy

Company culture is okay and facilities provided by Genpact is okay only.

10:00 hours shift is too long, for extended shift time there is no compensation. Micro managment. No chance to enhance skills. Putting pressure on employees. Doesn't provide any glasses and disposals for water and coffee.

... banned at desks and must be locked away, which is inconvenient and unnecessary. Compensation and Benefits Are Disappointing: Salary is the only thing you can count on; bonuses and hikes are rarely given or are withheld unfairly. For example, I received a bonus letter but was not paid because I was serving notice, despite working full hours. Saturday work is mandatory and unpaid. Shifts often stretch to 12 hours or more, starting late and ending very late. Leave requests are routinely denied, including weekends and public holidays, forcing employees to work without proper rest. Compensation is low compared to others at higher levels, which is demoralizing. Final Thoughts: If you are new to compliance, expect a very short and stressful tenure here due to the lack of support and unrealistic expectations. If you have other job offers, I strongly advise you to take them instead of joining Genpact.
