Since I am working with Globiva and I like that the I got to know lots of things how BPO or ITES works also got 02 promotions and learnt so many things for smooth process of Operations.

Dislikes

Everywhere we can found some dislikes for me the negative part is Salary concern which I have discussed with many people and even management also but till date haven’t got any update, after spending 05 years I really disagree with this as nobody bother to resolve or give you any answer on this. This kind of work culture surely disappoint anyone, just few groups are there they also got opportunity to process all thing’s smoothly including my kind of problems however they are not even bother to know who are you… If I go from here in couple of months the reason will be the Ego issue in top management.

There is not a single point to like about this company, leave policy is pathetic and the upper management makes employees work like factory labourers not like employees.

...n if you are sick and like hell, there is absolutely no job satisfaction at all. Salary is not salary it is pea nuts and no hikes for several years. This company should close soon otherwise it is ruining peoples careers.

Salary time par nahi aati. Incentives sirf banta h, milta nahi h. 1 yrs ho gya ab tk Enka Background Verification clear nahi huwa. Attendance 1 sec se half day lag jata h. 30 days work kr k 15 days ki Salary milti h. Promotion sirf chamcho k hote h. Har batt par ATL krte h.

The salary gets on time.The surrounding is very helpful and polite.There is no partiality.People get rewarded by their ability and hard work.

The time structure.Usually you have to work extra hours without being getting paid for it.
