Job security is good for mid level resources. Campus is too good. We can groom up our technical skills. Work from home for 9 days in a month.

...ork with available resources instead of recruiting required number of resources.they will deduct Infosys welfare Trust amount monthly from our salary even during LOP. It is not optional.Transport charges also very high.

Pretty much nothing.

Dislikes

Lowest salary in the Market. Little or no salary increment. Bad work life balance. They expect you to join calls after work hours, holiday and sometimes on your leave days. Onsite opportunity is a trap. Once you go onsite you are trapped. All the policies that Infosys have are just suggestions when you are onsite. No benefits. You won't get any compensation for working extra hours or night. You are expected to work on the very next day even if you work all night. Every projects would have more managers than developers.

... - people were friendly and supportive. There was no stress about job security. Salary always came on time. No work pressure - overall a comfortable place to work.

...t assign new or interesting projects. Very limited exposure to new technologies. Salary hikes were very low. Promotions depended a lot on mangers and internal politcs. If you wanted to move to another project with better opportunities, it was hard to get released.
