1. CTC offered is great for most of the employees. 2. Bonus is not included in CTC. 3. Quick appraisals.

Dislikes

1. Work culture. 2. Worst work life balance. 3. Worst company for Software Development. None of the best practices are followed in 90% of the projects. 4. They cheat with their clients. 5. They unnecessarily start software development without freezing the requirements. 6. 70% of people here are unprofessional. 8. Unlimited office politics.

Only thing that I like about this company, they provide so much benefits for their employer, gifts, bonus, if you want you could add even your X-wife or Husband to mediclaim, excets others etc, company think upto that much.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, too much pressure and there is no scope to reduce that, it's really depends in which dept. are you working on.

Salary is good but micro management. And Indian employees are considered as second grade employees

Work life balance is out of the box Employees are treated as bonded labourers No job security even if one escalation on your name you will be forced to quit.

People from Wipro who were working from beginning and also newly joined experience people became one sided. Office politics. My new ideas were not implemented. As a Lead, no access was given for preparing roster, alignment of transport, nothing. We had to adhere Wipro Leads. They used to decide everything.

Employee policy only, no one will retrench you as per your work but you can be terminated for your own behaviour or if you go against management.

Dislikes

...any even gave me more skill development opportunities. It had limited skills. 3. Sometimes you feel, you work only for Salary.. 4. So much politics and partiality. And if you go against management, then you will be triggered. 5. So many personnel left this firm for lots of pressure or politics
