No work life . Whole day and weekend sometimes you need to work. No appreciation of good work. Only lobby with partner or their lobbies work Your promotion will be stopped if you are not in correct lobby.

Salary is good but micro management. And Indian employees are considered as second grade employees

Work life balance is out of the box Employees are treated as bonded labourers No job security even if one escalation on your name you will be forced to quit.

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Managers are super supportive. You get the freedom to work on your ideas and articulate them to the client directly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.
