Dislikes

Salary, Increment and benifits are worst. For those who have entire family responsibility it's not manageable with the salary. Politics , regionalism castism amoung the employees etc(this is national issues) cannot blame a company.

Nothing. No growth, no proper hikes. They offered me less than my previous package. Had to take up with no other option.

Everything from work culture to promotion to pay hike, it's pathetic. No growth, no skill development, no hike even for loyal employees.... Super politician people in this company for onsite opportunities, pathetic. In the namesake of job security, talented employees are blindfolded and killing their talent and time for their own reasons and blind faith on Tata (Unfortunate that I'm one of them 😔, but as ssid reasons make some good people stay, & so m I )

Only good thing is that salary comes on time and you can upskill yourself through various activities.

The project allocation procedure is hit with rampant politics and RMG will make sure to dump you in a project which nerfs you to the core and kills your work motivation and makes you question yourself at every stage about the efforts you put in to be who you are today.

There is no balance between work an salary. Promotion cycle is very poor, people are geeting promtions since 8 years. There is value of senior employess.They are hiring outside employees with good package but not retain the existing employees.
