...ployee centric with Family, Mental Health and Queer acceptance given importance. Variable pay is paid, so that is good.

Dislikes

Salary increments and promotions are slow. Negotiable good starting package as one might not get any increment for 2-3 years. MNC culture some colleagues are snobbish and boorish. Look down upon simple people. The more superficial fancy you are, the more acceptance you would get. I am down to earth, so this doesn't work for me. However, this is the case with Corporate culture and High Income people, they expect you to maintain their standard so that their reputation is not affected by your actions.

...lexibility in few policies which can actually be flexible. No work life balance. Expected to work 12hrs a day with bare minimum salary and no holes.

Job security is good even for average performance. Quarterly project sponsored lunch. Flexible work hours and Hybrid work model even though no one cares how long you worked in office. Good promotion hike of ~25% if somehow you get it. 2 appraisal cycle. Location change can be done easily if manager agrees. Accenture has many projects so bench period will be less

Dislikes

... land in internal project then you are working life balance is little difficult. Bonus is paid upto 70 % only. Once you are promoted than there is high chance that u get 0% hike in coming cycle. Normal hikes are very less between 3 to 9 % in every appraisal cycle and perhaps can 0 too.

Promotions are too slow unless you hold the bucket. Variable pay given out of the amount mentioned on papers is too less. Just fooling to get you signed in. Better negotiate to get less amount in variable pay and more into fixed ctc.

Work Life Balance as I didn't get much pressure at office.

There is no transparency during variable pay and promotions. Their is so much politics and corruption. Whoever licks Manager's *** will get promotion.
