Tata's lost its touch? TCS ain't what it used to be :-(
Tata is not the same after Sir Ratan Tata! TCS used to really look after its employees, even when they were on the bench. Now, things have changed and it's disappointing.

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.

Salary compensation is very bad, hike is very poor, work life balance is not good, the project will force you to put down the papers as they don't lay off people, all supervisor are not supportive at all they mentally harse the employees and do not support them with the situations. As per. The work load compensation is pathetic. If someone want to switch they can't because of the notice period policy and recruiters upfront says they are rejecting the profile as you are not on notice period.
