Not good for the freshers. As it has very slow growth here

Policies they ll hire someone on 12 lpa just for few years of experience and they ll pay 5 lpa to their old emp who has been with TCS for 5 years worst thing

Very good company to settle down, not recommended for beginners try to take desired CTC while joining later than salary increases in slow phase where you can't meet increasing costs of living

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.

Getting very less promotion and salary give.

Dislikes

Even you deserve for the good appreciation or hike the work what you done, there is no appreciation and people will always keep on putting more stuff on your head to do only and good things will stop in the management layer or it will go to the person who have good rapport with manager.
