...oo much politics is going on for onshore position. Overall work culture is okay. You can join this organization when you already have achieved desired package and finding some job security but don't expect for job satisfaction here.

Overall company is good have a very good culture, good people and lots of opportunities to learn many things whatever you want to learn you can learn and grow.

Salary is low plus promotion is also delayed.

The work pressure will be normal as compared to other fast paced companies since they hire too many people overall workload will be diluted. Flexible timing just tap and work from home.

Hikes absolutely you can get salary basis you work even when you get top band the hike will be restricted to max 5%.

Company have multiple projects based on foreign companies which employee has chance to go onsite and work. Most important is they provide job security if any projects ends then they will use to get assigned other projects to employees.

Every employee loves company and expecting good salary but TCS is not giving expected salaries to employees and no good pramotion.

Best for Elders, women's, and average skilled non-skilled work force.

Dislikes

Salary, Increment and benifits are worst. For those who have entire family responsibility it's not manageable with the salary. Politics , regionalism castism amoung the employees etc(this is national issues) cannot blame a company.
