The real game is hidden in variable pay. What they promise, they never give you in your net take home salary. 4. Promotion, 5. Job Security, 6. Skill Development all depends on who is management's favourite. Same as in the most of the organizations. 7. You re doing repeatedly the same useless tasks and the management is there to make your life more miserable by giving you more and more meaning less tasks just to keep client happy to show them that employees are always busy.

Limited skill development opportunities, such as restricted access to AI/ML tools and websites, poor compensation, and a general lack of awareness about advancements in the AI/ML field. There's also a concerning culture where being unaware of new technologies is normalized, coupled with a lack of diversity in the field.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.
