If you want financial growth then don't work here. No proper hike. Very poor appraisal cycle. Managers expect you to do all the work but during appraisal they won't give you good rating. Worst 'WMG' team. They don't respond to your pings, calls and mails. They don't do their work properly. Overall good company to work but beware of these things.Read More
