No appreciation , they think we are robots we should just work work work . No leavs management nor the floor management is good they should improve the management first. They do target you for breaks and every little things which I do find worse . Even if you achieve all targets you are not appreciated nor valued

Good company for starting a carrier in financial services u can learn, grow and can achieve personal as well as professional goals.

Dislikes

No hybrid mode, no playing area for break time for work life balance, very low pay for OT, very low pay for night shift allowance , no annaual function or any cultural events at festivals

No promotion or salary hikes.company focuses on hiring from outside instead of giving opportunity who are already working inside for years. when hiring from outside they do not even have knowledge about the process still the company hires.

Nothing such to like.. If I had something to like I would never leave the company in just a few months.

...Mental harrassment 6. Too much work pressure and no support available at all 7. They offer a very very low salary and work load is unimaginable. 8. Last but not the least... Huge regret after joining the company and wasting your precious time ending up with health issue and loss of mental peace..😓

Politics, Incompetent Management (They can suck your blood if you don't shout), do not expect any greetings on a festival not even a box of sweets, Lack of learning even you will forget your previous skills. They make people sloth and then kick out them with their politics.
